Job Description

Job Title: Admin Executive (Female)

Company: Construction company
Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: Graduate (English Honours / Mass Communication preferred)
Education Preference: Convent-educated candidates preferred
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day administrative and office coordination tasks
Manage emails, phone calls, and front-office communication
Maintain files, records, and office documentation
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Draft basic emails, letters, and reports in English
Support management with routine administrative work

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Presentable, polite, and professional attitude
Willingness to learn and multitask

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
