About the role

The Admin Executive - Factory role at FS Life is responsible for ensuring seamless administrative and HR operations at the plant. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage plant-level administration, vendor coordination, compliance, facility upkeep, and employee welfare activities while supporting HR processes and maintaining discipline at the unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end administrative operations at the plant, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
  • Manage facility-related activities — housekeeping, pantry, transport, security, waste management, and maintenance.
  • Ensure timely procurement and availability of office supplies and stationery
  • Ensure workplace hygiene, health, and safety standards are consistently met.
  • Act as the key link between the plant team and the corporate HR/Admin office.
  • Manage petty cash, expense tracking, and budgeting for administrative activities.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in plant administration and HR operations, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or logistics environments.
