About the Role:

Atrium Coworks is hiring a full-time Admin Executive to take charge of our day-to-day workspace operations. If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment and can multitask without dropping the ball, this role is for you.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors.
  • Manage client onboarding documents, agreements, key handovers, and signage coordination.
  • Oversee daily workspace upkeep supervising cleaning staff, pantry stock, and maintenance follow-ups.
  • Track incoming leads, walk-ins, client requests, and operational updates.
  • Maintain and update Google Sheets/Excel for admin records, invoices, and compliance.
  • Handle courier dispatch, meeting room bookings, and general workspace logistics.
  • Support the founder in ensuring smooth daily functioning and timely escalation of issues.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of admin/front desk/client service experience.
  • Proficiency in English & Tamil (spoken and written).
  • Solid communication skills and ability to handle client requests politely but firmly.
  • Good with Google Sheets/MS Excel and documentation.
  • Attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.


Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in coworking, real estate, or hospitality.
  • Prior knowledge of office admin tools, CRMs, or basic design/printing software.
