This is an on-site role and best suited for candidates with 1–3 years’ experience looking to build strong admin and client-handling skills. About the Role: Atrium Coworks is hiring a full-time Admin Executive to take charge of our day-to-day workspace operations. If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment and can multitask without dropping the ball, this role is for you. What You'll Be Doing: Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors. Manage client onboarding documents, agreements, key handovers, and signage coordination. Oversee daily workspace upkeep supervising cleaning staff, pantry stock, and maintenance follow-ups. Track incoming leads, walk-ins, client requests, and operational updates. Maintain and update Google Sheets/Excel for admin records, invoices, and compliance. Handle courier dispatch, meeting room bookings, and general workspace logistics. Support the founder in ensuring smooth daily functioning and timely escalation of issues. What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of admin/front desk/client service experience. Proficiency in English & Tamil (spoken and written). Solid communication skills and ability to handle client requests politely but firmly. Good with Google Sheets/MS Excel and documentation. Attention to detail and strong ownership mindset. Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory): Experience in coworking, real estate, or hospitality.
