Admin Executive

We are seeking a we'll-organized and proactive Admin Executive .The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overall office administration, travel coordination, inventory, vendor management, employee onboarding/offboarding, and providing day-to-day operational support.

• Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight, hotel bookings, and visa processing
• Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth functioning of office operations
• Maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and IT equipment, ensuring timely restocking
• Identify and coordinate with vendors for procurement of office and IT equipment as per team requirements
• Support in onboarding and offboarding of employees, including creation of ID cards and access coordination
• Assist in organizing and executing internal events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for various office needs and services
• Maintain documentation and records related to procurement, travel, vendors, and employee movements
• Ensure upkeep and maintenance of office premises by working closely with facility and housekeeping staff
• Provide administrative support to internal teams and leadership as needed
• Cab Vendor, Food and facility vendor, shortage of material, inventory management.
• Guard, emergency in night in server room or to any employee on floor
• Security Management
• Client travel / hotel arrangements, employee travel and hotel arrangements, 24/7 support online and offline.
