Present Role - Admin Executive

Reporting to: Admin/HR Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to handle ticket booking and general office administration. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a service-oriented mindset to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage domestic and international ticket booking (air, train, bus) and coordinate travel itineraries.

- Handle hotel bookings, cabs, and logistics for employees and visitors.

- Maintain records of travel expenses and reimbursements.

- Support office administration including vendor coordination, AMC management, and office supplies.

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences including phone calls, mails and emails.

- Assist in welfare activities (festivals, celebrations, employee engagement).

- Ensure proper functioning of IT systems in coordination with the IT team.

- Handle employee queries related to travel and admin support.

- Maintain proper documentation and filing of admin-related records.

- Conduct periodic audits of office assets and documentation.

- Support management in special projects requiring admin involvement.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1- 3 years of experience in administration / ticketing / office coordination.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
