Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail).
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all required materials are ready.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis.
  • Maintain office supplies and oversee general office operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Graduate with 4+ years of experience
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Note: This is a contractual role for 6 months.
