Role Overview: As an Admin cum Operations Executive at Select My Flight, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily administrative and operational functions within the office. Your proactive and organized approach will be essential in maintaining efficient office operations and providing operational support when required. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily office operations to guarantee seamless functioning. - Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and managing correspondence. - Assist in overseeing office inventory, supplies, and equipment. - Collaborate with different departments to provide necessary operational support. - Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for reference. - Support HR functions by aiding in the onboarding process for new employees. - Manage communication with clients and vendors when necessary. - Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and other financial responsibilities. - Provide support to management for any ad hoc tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications: - Proven experience in an administrative or operations role. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Detail-oriented mindset paired with a problem-solving attitude.
