Job Title: Admin Cum Front Office Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, clients, and walk-ins in a professional and friendly manner
Handle front desk operations including calls, inquiries, and appointments
Manage office administration tasks such as files, records, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations
Handle courier, vendor coordination, and office supplies
Handle inquires on calls, emails, WhatsApp communication, and basic reporting
Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Good communication skills (English & local language)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Presentable, organized, and people-friendly personality
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Prior front office or admin experience is an advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
