Admin cum EA and is responsible for:

· Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the business. This involves managing the calendar, scheduling meetings, booking travel, and preparing reports.

· Budget Management: Responsible for managing the budget and ensuring that expenses are within budgetary guidelines. This involves tracking expenses, preparing budget reports, and identifying areas for cost savings.

· Project Management: Responsible for managing projects and ensuring that they are completed within the agreed timelines and budget. This involves identifying project objectives, creating project plans, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.

· Data Analysis: Responsible for analyzing data and providing insights to help the business make informed decisions. This involves collecting data, analyzing data using statistical tools, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

· Communication: Responsible for communicating with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors. This involves preparing and delivering presentations, drafting reports, and communicating updates on projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications for this role includes:

· Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields is typically required. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or other relevant fields can also be preferred.

· Experience: Candidates should have more than 3 years of relevant work experience in a related field. Experience in project management, or business operations management can be highly beneficial.

· Technical Skills: Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace. Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools will be an additional preference .

· Communication and interpersonal skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to interact with clients, vendors, and other departments to gather information and resolve issues.

· Problem-solving skills: As an Assistant Manager of Business Support, you should have excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify problems, develop and implement solutions.

· Leadership and team management skills: You should have the ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and ensure that all members are working towards a common goal.

Overall, candidate is expected to possess a combination of technical skills, business acumen, and leadership skills to effectively support the business operations of an organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
