🔹 We’re Hiring: Admin cum Accounts Executive

📍 Location: Thane, Maharashtra

🕒 Type: Full-Time | 🧾 Experience: 2–3 Years

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin cum Accounts Executive to join our team in Thane. This dual-role position requires someone who can efficiently support our CEO while also managing day-to-day accounting responsibilities using Tally ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

👤 Executive Assistant to CEO

• Manage calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements

• Coordinate internal and external communication

• Assist in preparing reports and presentations

• Ensure follow-ups on tasks and ongoing projects

💼 Accounting & Administration

• Handle daily accounting tasks in Tally ERP

• Manage invoices, bank reconciliation, GST filings, and vendor payments

• Maintain office administration, vendor coordination, and petty cash

• Support HR tasks like attendance and record management

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field

• 2–3 years of experience in admin and accounting roles

• Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Office, and email tools

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
