Job Description

  • Administrative Duties:
  • Overseeing daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
  • Maintaining physical and electronic records.
  • Communicating with vendors, clients, and other external stakeholders.
  • Accounting Duties:
  • Recording and maintaining daily financial transactions, including general ledgers and bank reconciliations.
  • Processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assisting with budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Managing company assets and inventory.
  • Assisting with tax preparation and ensuring timely tax filings.
  • Supporting payroll processing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,587.06 - ₹20,060.55 per month
