Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle reception duties, phone calls, visitor management, and overall front desk operations.
  • Assist management in day-to-day official and personal tasks, including documentation and coordination.
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
  • Follow up on pending tasks, meeting schedules, and daily/monthly report submissions.
  • Maintain and manage meeting calendars, appointments, and schedules.
  • Support the preparation and management of statutory filings including ITR, GST, TDS, and ROC documentation.
  • Maintain and update records of all filings, receipts, and compliance-related documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in front office, administrative, or executive assistant roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
