Job Description

The Admin Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the hospitality environment. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating with departments, handling office communications, and assisting in HR and operational tasks while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office correspondence, emails, phone calls, and filing systems.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support HR in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
  • Prepare and maintain documents such as contracts, appointment letters, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office requirements.
  • Assist in payroll-related documentation and statutory compliance support (PF, ESIC, etc.).
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
  • Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS data.
  • Support front office and operations team as required for smooth guest services.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and statutory compliance (preferred).
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in Administration / HR / Hospitality Management (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Freshers with strong administrative skills and hospitality exposure may also apply.

Working Conditions:

  • Based at [Hotel/Resort/Office Location].
  • May require flexible working hours as per operational needs.
  • Interaction with multiple departments (Front Office, HR, Kitchen, Housekeeping, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
