Job Description

  • We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes.
  • The ideal candidate will assist with clerical tasks, coordinate schedules, and provide excellent support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office documentation, correspondence, and files.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally and promptly.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all company documents and information.
