Admin Assistant

Role Overview: As an Admin cum EA to Principal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective functioning of the school and supporting the Principal in various administrative tasks. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in maintaining relationships with staff, parents, students, and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Keep track of students" educational progress and performance. - Assist the school administrator in running the school effectively. - Monitor student fee dues and attendance. - Maintain databases related to students and their academic progress. - Organize and control inventory of educational material, tools, and kits. - Assist in conducting cultural events, sports, and games. - Ensure compliance with school guidelines, principles, laws, and rules. - Prepare reports and maintain contact lists. - Monitor incoming emails and handle correspondence. - Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists and student lists. EA Related Responsibilities: - Manage the Principal's calendar and schedule meetings. - Act as a liaison between the Principal and various stakeholders. - Prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting agendas. - Coordinate logistics for school events and meetings. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in any field or as per the school's requirement. - Previous office experience may be required but can also be an entry-level position. - Competent computer skills including MS Office. - Internet skills including emails, group messaging, and data collection. Additional Details: This full-time position requires you to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Fluency in English is required for this role.
