Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant in this role, your responsibilities will include: - Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments. - Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files and records. - Preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed. - Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls. - Assisting with travel arrangements, expense reports, and event planning. - Ordering office supplies and managing inventory. - Providing general administrative support to staff and management. - Greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate personnel. - Assisting in preparing presentations and meeting materials. - Maintaining confidentiality of information and managing sensitive documents appropriately. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience with Tally for at least 1 year. - Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is preferred. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food provision, Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
