Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide prompt, professional, and efficient support to customers, resolving issues effectively.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly.
Assist in administrative tasks such as preparing reports, documentation, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Manage office-related administrative activities and support day-to-day operations.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers and colleagues.
