About The Role: -
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Support HR or finance teams with basic data entry or documentation
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Perform general office duties as assigned
Arrangements of Office Parties.(Hotel Booking)
Comfortable to do travel work whenever its needed.
Requirements: -
1. Male Candidate Needed.
2. Fresher Graduate should be Active and Smart.
3. Should Have their own Vehicle. (Activa/Bike).
4. Basic Computer Knowledge- MS Office- Excel, Word, Google Sheets.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills
6. Time management and organizational abilities
7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
8. Ability to multitask and prioritize work
