Job Description

1 Office Coordination – Greet visitors; answer, screen, and route incoming calls; handle general inquiries
2 Schedule & Calendar Management – Maintain executive calendars; schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements3 Communication & Correspondence – Draft, proofread, and distribute emails, memos, and reports to internal and external stakeholders4 Document & Record Management – File, scan, photocopy, and organize paper and electronic records; ensure document accuracy and accessibility5 Meeting & Event Support – Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials; set up meeting rooms and A/V equipment; record and circulate minutes6 Office Supplies & Facility Maintenance – Monitor inventory levels; place orders for supplies; coordinate with vendors for repairs and services7 Expense & Administrative Tasks – Assist with travel bookings; prepare and reconcile expense reports and invoices; perform data entry and ad-hoc administrative projects

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
