Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, payments, and deliveries.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle day-to-day office administration such as filing, record keeping, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and manage sales reports, invoices, and documentation.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Support inventory management and stock tracking related to sales.

Customer Service:

  • Act as a point of contact for clients for basic inquiries and support.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the concerned department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 06 Month of experience in sales coordination or admin roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
