The role ensures smooth facility operations, accurate record-keeping, and timely support to production and management teams. Key Responsibilities Front-Office & Visitor Management Greet and assist visitors in a warm, professional manner. Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls. Office & Facility Upkeep Keep the reception and factory office areas neat; implement 5S practices where possible. Coordinate housekeeping, office-supply replenishment, and courier in-/out-bound logistics. Record & Document Control Maintain logs: visitor, accident/incident, first-aid/medicine, office supplies, housekeeping materials. Handle data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying; ensure easy retrieval of documents. Administrative Support Prepare meeting line-ups, minutes, and MRM records; assist in company cultural or CSR events. Manage petty-cash vouchers and basic bookkeeping for admin expenses. Vendor & Service Coordination Liaise with vendors for AMC / repairs of ACs, lifts, vacuum cleaners, diesel generators, etc. Process service bills for approval and clearance. HR & Attendance Assistance Track staff attendance, leave, and basic HR records; share reports with HR/Accounts. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and internal audit checkpoints. Qualifications & Competencies Graduate with 2-4 years of administrative experience (factory / industrial environment preferred). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic ERP/data-entry tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; capable of prioritizing under pressure. Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi a plus). Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor; high integrity in handling confidential data. We are seeking a highly meticulous and responsible Senior Accountant to manage our end-to-end accounting functions with precision. The ideal candidate is an expert in Tally, statutory compliance, and banking operations, who can also discreetly handle personal accounting for the company's directors. Core Accounting & Tally Manage all daily accounting in Tally, including Purchase, Sales, Expense, Voucher, and Bank entries. Handle end-to-end vendor payments and employee reimbursements with 100% accuracy. Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations for all company accounts. Process and reconcile company expenses, including Amazon invoices. Use Zoho Inventory to reconcile purchase orders (POs) and invoices. Statutory Compliance Manage monthly statutory payments, including TDS , ESIC, and PF. Handle GSTR1 filing and perform GST reconciliation. Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Salary & Non-Salary) , using Gen TDS software. Prepare all necessary data and resolve queries for financial audits. Banking & Treasury Manage the complete lifecycle of Bank Guarantees (BG), including issuance, closure, and follow-ups with the bank. Process all bank inward remittances and generate EBRC from the DGFT portal. Personal & Family Office Accounting Manage and reconcile bank entries for personal and family accounts (HUF, individual). Process and record expenses from multiple personal credit cards on a monthly basis. Required Qualifications Expert proficiency in Tally is mandatory. Proven experience with statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, ESIC) and Gen TDS software. Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of 100% accuracy.
