Position Overview

The CMGGA Programme is a flagship initiative of the Government of Haryana, supported by Global Village Foundation and Rishihood University, aimed at engaging promising young minds to strengthen governance at the grassroots. It focuses on a results-driven approach, combining experiential learning with social impact to create sustainable improvements in public service delivery.  As an immersive fellowship, the CMGGA Programme places Associates in all 22 districts of Haryana, enabling them to work alongside district administrations and the Chief Minister’s Office while contributing to impactful reforms and improved service delivery.


The Additional Programme Director will play a pivotal role in providing strategic direction, programme management oversight, and cross-sectoral coordination, while ensuring that the CMGGA Fellows and the Programme Team deliver high-impact outcomes at both state and district levels.

Role and Responsibilities

·     Accountable for programme implementation and monitoring of the CMGGA Programme.

·   Coordination with CM’s Office to set goals, define performance metrics, and drive high-impact outcomes.

·   Supervise programme to ensure that the undertaken projects meet the highest standards of quality.

·    Build and manage funder relationships to secure long-term financial sustainability.

·  Scale programs to strengthen knowledge, skills, and capabilities across State and University initiatives.

·    Foster a culture of ethics, openness, inclusion, and excellence.

·    Represent CMGGA with internal and external stakeholders for collaboration on key priorities.

·    Guide, coach, and mentor teams to achieve their goals.

Qualifications and required experience:


The ideal candidate must exhibit excellent project coordination, teamwork, organisational, self-management, and communication skills. The following are the qualifications & requirements:

·    Master’s/Ph.D. from a premier institute with 12 to 15 years’ experience in fellowships, consulting, government, or similar leadership roles.

·      Proven track record of results, innovation, and multi-stakeholder partnerships.

·      Experience managing large, complex projects, end-to-end.

·      Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and deliver at pace.

·      Strong stakeholder engagement, people management, and analytical skills.
