ADAS Technology Head

**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As an ADAS Technology Head at InsighTek Global, you will be responsible for overseeing IT Solutioning projects related to ADAS for Automotive customers. This is a full-time on-site role for a large IT client in Bengaluru. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide IT Solutions to Automotive OEMs with at least 20 years of experience. - Manage ADAS projects effectively. - Handle complex projects with a good revenue portfolio. - Lead a large team efficiently. - Utilize IT Operations and IT Strategy expertise. - Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication abilities. - Implement digital transformation initiatives within the organization. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 20 years of experience in providing IT Solutions to Automotive OEMs. - Proficient in managing ADAS projects. - Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with a substantial revenue portfolio. - Prior experience in leading a large team effectively. - Strong expertise in IT Operations and IT Strategy. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Outstanding leadership and communication abilities. - Experience in successfully implementing digital transformation initiatives. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
