Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Client Acquisition:

• Identify and prospect new clients across various industries, focusing on native advertising opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media planners, advertising and PR agencies.
• Understand client objectives and craft tailored native advertising proposals to meet their needs.

• Campaign Development & Coordination:

• Work closely with editorial, creative, and marketing teams to design compelling native advertising campaigns that align with our content standards.
• Oversee the execution campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.

• Market Research & Trends:

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital advertising formats.
• Share insights and best practices with clients and internal teams.

• Performance Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with detailed reports and actionable insights.
• Use data to recommend improvements and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in PR agencies/corporate communication or advertising sales in print media, radio ,digital or native advertising.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of native advertising formats, content marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance metrics for digital advertising campaigns is a plus.
