Ad Ops Manager- GAM 360° | Programmatic

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end setup and management of PG and PMP deals within GAM 360°.
• Collaborate with sales, demand partners, SSPs, and internal revenue teams to activate and manage deals.
• Forecast inventory availability and ensure deal alignment with campaign goals and eligibility criteria.
• Handle ad trafficking, audience targeting, and creative QA for seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign delivery and performance; troubleshoot issues in real time (e.g., low delivery, latency, mismatched creatives).
• Provide actionable insights through data analysis to optimize deal health (fill rate, eCPM, viewability).
• Ensure adherence to brand safety, ads.txt, sellers.json, and compliance with GDPR/CCPA regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SSPs (Google AdX, PubMatic, Magnite, etc.) and demand-side contacts.
• Manage delivery across all key ad formats:

o Display,

o Video/GIF,

o Interstitial,

o CTV (Connected TV),

o Rich Media, and others.

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in digital Ad Operations, should have handled multiple publishers
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager 360° (GAM 360°).
• In-depth understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, deal types (PG, PMP), and header bidding.
• Experience in working with various ad formats and technologies (VAST, VPAID preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast paced environment.

· Experience with CTV advertising environments.

· Familiarity with third-party measurement, viewability, and fraud detection tools (e.g., IAS, MOAT, DV, etc).

· Exposure to international programmatic campaigns and monetization strategies.
