Ad Operations & Reporting Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Set up campaigns and ad sets inside

  Meta Ads Manager

  with proper naming conventions.
• Prepare and maintain

  daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

  as per requirement using Google Sheets/Excel.
• Assist in basic setups on Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads when required.
• Maintain organized campaign structures across platforms.
• Analyze data and highlight clear, actionable insights.

Required Skills (Mandatory)

• 6 months – 1 year of hands-on experience

  in Meta Ads.
• Ability to set up

  campaigns and ad sets

  inside Meta Ads Manager.
• Fair understanding of Facebook Ads platform — audiences, placements, budgets, optimization events.
• Strong

  Excel

  /Google Sheets skills:

Pivot Tables

VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

Basic formulas (IF, SUMIF, FILTER, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
• Ability to handle structured data and maintain accurate reports.
