The Senior Executive Ad Operations will support the successful execution and optimization of digital campaigns across various platforms like YouTube, Meta, and other paid social environments. You will collaborate with Ad Operations Managers to ensure campaigns are set up accurately, launched on time, and aligned with client objectives. Your responsibilities will include supporting campaign setup and trafficking, monitoring delivery and pacing, applying optimization tactics, and troubleshooting platform issues. You will work closely with Client Solutions Managers and other stakeholders to align on campaign objectives and execution plans. Additionally, you will assist in compiling performance reports, participate in client calls, and contribute to internal reviews with actionable insights. Your role will involve staying updated on platform best practices, exploring new optimization strategies, and collaborating with senior team members to test new approaches. As a part of the team, you will have the opportunity to learn from seniors and leads through mentorship and ongoing training. You will participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to a positive, learning-focused team culture. Upholding campaign quality assurance by reviewing setups and tracking implementations will be crucial, along with suggesting improvements to documentation and internal processes to enhance efficiency.
