Job Description

As a Senior Associate Ad Operations at IPG Mediabrands, your role will involve managing client accounts and campaigns, ensuring seamless execution, optimization, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with senior management, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Assume full ownership of client accounts and campaigns, managing them across all ad servers, verification platforms, and tagging processes. Ensure timely completion of campaign requests and optimize campaigns for performance. - Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks on campaigns, promptly identifying and resolving technical issues to minimize disruptions. Troubleshoot problems like ads not showing, reporting errors, or technical glitches. - Perform in-depth performance analysis of campaigns, identify trends, and generate insightful reports to track effectiveness. Provide recommendations for improvement based on analysis. - Identify opportunities for process improvement, contribute to the development of best practices for enhanced efficiency. Collaborate with managers to create comprehensive documentation for processes and procedures. - Exhibit strong technical expertise in ad servers, ad verification platforms, site tagging, floodlights, and site analytics. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in ad operations with a deep understanding of campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting across various ad servers and ad verification platforms. - Hands-on experience with at least one ad server and ad verification platform. - Prior experience in site tagging, floodlights, and site analytics, including basic understanding of HTML/CSS. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and senior management. - Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. - Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes through on-the-job training. - A creative mindset, keen eye for detail, and ability to maintain strong client relationships. - Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.,
