Ad Operations

As an individual responsible for providing executional excellence for all IO generation and campaign set up needs on an aligned book of business, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Manage all operational requests related to the campaign life cycle, including IO generation (CPQ), campaign configuration, and creative upload and scheduling on the Platform. - Ensure 3PAS reporting is set up for relevant Advertise customers. - Assist AMs and Account Directors with regular customer performance reports, prioritizing internal and external requests based on impact and severity level. - Clearly communicate campaign timelines and deliverables, identifying and addressing any opportunities or problems arising from misalignment or misunderstanding. - Become proficient in workflows and systems required to set up and maintain advertising campaigns. In addition to the essential functions, you will also be expected to: - Effectively consult with internal and external customers regarding challenges, translating technical information to non-technical audiences. - Simplify complex data-backed insights for non-technical audiences and present them confidently. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is preferred. - Experience: 2-3 years of industry experience with knowledge of the Online Advertising/ Programmatic Ad-serving industry. - Experience with Ad Servers, DMPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, Tag Implementation platforms, and Integrations. - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
