This individual will be responsible to manage online advertising campaigns through GAM (Google Ad Manager) Including reviewing Operative Data push, creative set ups, Quality Checks, Campaign delivery reporting, screenshots, troubleshooting setting up Meta campaigns and Newsletters in Liveintent and interacting closely with the NYC teams on a regular basis. To start with, the individual will be handling daily tasks, such as: screenshots for ad / campaign launch, setting up house ads. The Individual will also have to be in close contact with the NY counterparts to ensure timely completion of tasks and high quality in the services rendered.
1. Review and approve / reject advertising insertion order information entered into the contract management system by the individual site teams so that the campaign can be trafficked and billed
2. Review revisions to orders within the contract system; ensure that appropriate documentation exists to support the changes
3. Point of contact for client service team to ensure smooth workflow of opportunities in CRM
4. Assist stakeholders on day-to-day activities (Ad hoc) with reports and administrative task.
5. Setting up Meta campaigns
1. 0-2 years of experience in the online ad operations domain including reporting and campaign trafficking.
2. Good understanding of how an OMS functions.
3. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages.
4. Ability to communicate clearly via emails and on calls
5. Strong team player with exceptionally strong customer service skills.
6. Exceptional attention to detail.
7. Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines.
8. Able to communicate with all levels of employees.
9. Ability to create a sense of team cohesiveness and commitment to achieving our common goals.
1. HTML 5- and third-party tag trafficking
2. Preroll video trafficking
3. Debugging tools like Charles, Google ad console, Karma Platform related experience 1. Operative One or Other OMS 2. Salesforce 3. Jira Ticketing system 4. Proficient in MS Excel. 5. GAM 360 6. Meta Ad Manager 7. Liveintent 8. Knowledge about trafficking would be an additional bonus, but certainly not mandatory.
