The firm is currently consulting over 100 companies for ESOP advisory and more than 750 companies for Employee Benefits Actuarial Valuation. Additionally, Kandoi & Co. provides support to Auditing firms on Actuarial Valuation Review and Training.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Actuarial Internship located in Mumbai. The Actuarial Intern will be responsible for supporting actuarial valuations, conducting data analysis, and preparing reports. Daily tasks will include assisting with employee benefits valuations, including ESOPs, and working alongside senior actuaries to ensure accurate and timely delivery of actuarial services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Actuarial Science and Data Analysis
• Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits and ESOPs
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel and actuarial software is a plus
