Job Description

Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Ensuring all gaming equipment (consoles, VR headsets, arcade machines, etc.) is functioning correctly, clean, and properly maintained. Customer Assistance: Helping guests with game instructions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on game selection or use. Safety and Security: Monitoring the gaming area for potential safety hazards or security concerns, enforcing rules and regulations, and potentially assisting with basic first aid. Event Support: If the gaming zone hosts events, assisting with setup, organization, and ensuring a smooth flow of the event. Inventory Management: Tracking and managing game stock, including cartridges, controllers, or accessories. Customer Service: Greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and providing a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Cash Handling: If applicable, managing payments, and handling change. Documentation: Maintaining records of gaming operations, including equipment maintenance, inventory, and incident reports. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
