Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited is a licensed banking company under Section 22 (1) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. As a subsidiary of Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd., the bank started operations on February 1, 2017 and obtained Scheduled Bank status in August 2017. Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has 752 branches across 26 States and Union Territories. The bank aims to create a leading mass market bank catering to the unserved and underserved customers who are outside the formal banking system.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Acquisition Manager, located in Howrah. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, developing strategies to increase customer base, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves working closely with the marketing team to execute acquisition plans and conducting market research to identify potential customers and competitive opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, and relationship management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and implement acquisition strategies
Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
