Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
: Identify and acquire new corporate salary accounts through direct outreach (calling, networking).
Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong bonds with corporate clients, acting as their main link to the bank.
Sales & Cross-Selling
: Explain and sell various banking products (cards, loans, savings) to corporate employees, meeting targets.
Customer Service
: Ensure high-quality service and resolve issues for corporate clients and their staff.
Market Intelligence
: Stay updated on market trends and competition to find new opportunities.
Internal Collaboration
: Work with other bank teams (branch, digital) for seamless onboarding and service.
Compliance
: Adhere strictly to bank policies and regulations.
