Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore for an Acquisition Manager - Retail Branch Banking. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving growth targets. Responsibilities include promoting retail banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, and loans; evaluating client requirements; generating leads; and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and adherence to banking regulations and policies to boost acquisition efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management within the banking sector
• Knowledge of retail banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, MFI loans, and shopkeeper loans
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and sustain strong customer relations
• Proficiency in digital banking platforms, Aadhar biometric systems, and other banking technologies
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a results-driven mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in retail branch banking or financial services will be considered an asset
