Role Overview: You will be a full-time Acquisition Manager - Retail Branch Banking based in Indore. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving growth targets. This role will require you to promote retail banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, and loans, evaluate client requirements, generate leads, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams and adherence to banking regulations and policies are crucial for boosting acquisition efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard new clients for retail banking products - Maintain customer relationships and achieve growth targets - Promote products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, and loans - Evaluate client requirements and generate leads - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service - Collaborate with internal teams to boost acquisition efforts - Adhere to banking regulations and policies Qualifications: - Strong experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management within the banking sector - Knowledge of retail banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, MFI loans, and shopkeeper loans - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Proficiency in digital banking platforms, Aadhar biometric systems, and other banking technologies - Strong organizational and time management skills with a results-driven mindset - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred) - Experience in retail branch banking or financial services will be considered an asset Role Overview: You will be a full-time Acquisition Manager - Retail Branch Banking based in Indore.
