Job Title: Acquisition Manager / Acquisition Executive
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Vacancies: 10 Positions
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience & Skills)

Role Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Acquisition Managers/Executives to join our expanding team. The primary responsibility is to identify, approach, and onboard new advertising inventory partners (locations and properties) and help scale our DOOH screen network across key lifestyle environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new locations for DOOH screen installations (residential buildings, tech parks, commercial spaces, etc.)
  • Build strong relationships with property owners, facility managers, RWA bodies, and corporate real estate teams
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements for advertising space installations
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential acquisition opportunities
  • Conduct site visits and property evaluations to assess advertising potential
  • Collaborate with the operations team for smooth deployment of digital screens
  • Ensure end-to-end documentation, legal compliance, and tracking of acquired sites
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the senior acquisition team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales, business development, or acquisition (OOH/Real Estate/Media preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven with a go-getter attitude
  • Comfortable with on-field work and local travel within Hyderabad
  • Basic understanding of contracts and property agreements
  • Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Madhapur, Hyderabad

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in OOH/DOOH, media sales, or real estate partnerships
  • Prior experience acquiring residential societies, commercial properties, or tech parks is a strong plus

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
