You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance.

Roles & Responsibilities As part of these, you will drive the following
Serve as UKG solution consultant and perform hands-on delivery of workforce management solutions (UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, etc.).
Deploy understanding of detailed UKG configuration:Use customization and UKG architecture & landscape.
Configure UKG Dimensions features:Apply knowledge in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Analytics, Payroll, and Workforce Management.
Collaborate with clients and implementation teams:Conduct design sessions, requirement gathering, provide regular demos, and support solution design and implementation activities.
Support project delivery workstreams across phases, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Assist in UKG Implementation and Enhancements:Across the lifecycle with multiple geographies, acting as a workforce management solution consultant.
Provide best practices direction and implement approaches based on UKG standards.
Participate in pre-sales activities including response to RFPs, creating proofs of concept, effective presentations, client demonstrations, and effort/cost estimation processes.
Contribute to practice-specific initiatives including creating points of view, reusable assets, industry research, and innovative solutions in workforce management. .

Professional & Technical
Skills:
Leverage expertise in designing key tools:Apply 5+ years of expertise in UKG Dimensions, Timekeeping, Scheduling, Payroll, Analytics, and Workforce Management.
Enable UKG solutionFacilitate solution build on the UKG ecosystem (UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, etc.).
Apply business analysis skills:Focus on process analysis and designing/redesigning workforce management processes to resolve bottlenecks and pain areas.
Hands-on with UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro, and UKG Analytics Knowledge of UKG Ready is good to have.
Experience working with business stakeholders across multiple geographic areas, with different priorities and requirements.
Ability to work in high-paced and complex projects, ensuring alignment with industry-specific workforce management processes and functional needs.
Strong stakeholder management skills:Engage in resolving issues and risks for project success while maintaining client satisfaction.
UKG certification in one or more focused solution areasUKG Dimensions, UKG Pro, UKG Analytics, etc.is preferred.
Additional Information
Minimum 5 years experience working on workforce management platforms (Preferably UKG; Nice to have exposure to SAP SuccessFactors/Workday).
UKG Certification is preferred.
Basic understanding of UKG Dimensions, Timekeeping, Scheduling, Payroll, Analytics, and Workforce Management.
Ability to learn and apply business analysis skills:Focus on process analysis and designing/redesigning workforce management processes.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
At least delivered 3+ workforce management transformation programs. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
