ACI designer/architect

As a Cisco ACI Solutions Architect, your role will involve leading the design and architecture of Cisco ACI solutions to ensure optimal application delivery and seamless network integration. You will be responsible for: - Defining network segmentation, security policies, multi-tenant design, and automation strategies within the ACI fabric. - Designing and implementing routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF, VXLAN, and interfacing with external networks like L3Outs and ACI-to-Cloud. - Developing high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD) for data center network architecture, ACI deployments, and automation. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align ACI solutions with business and technical requirements. - Ensuring seamless integration of ACI with security, compute platforms, and cloud environments. - Providing leadership in troubleshooting complex network issues and performance optimization. Qualifications required for this role include: - Extensive experience in designing and implementing Cisco ACI in large-scale enterprise or service provider environments. - Strong understanding of R&S principles including Layer 2/3, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, and MPLS. - Expertise in ACI components such as APIC, spine/leaf architecture, tenants, bridge domains, and contracts. - Familiarity with ACI integration with VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud platforms like AWS/Azure. - Experience with network automation tools such as Ansible, Python, and Postman. - Possession of Cisco certifications like CCNP Data Center, DCACI, or CCIE. - Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
