Roles and Responsibilities Develop marketing strategies to promote residential properties through hoarding campaigns, open houses, and other promotional activities. Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential clients and target markets for real estate projects. Design and execute retail marketing plans to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness at malls managed by the company. Manage social media presence across multiple platforms to engage with customers and promote brand loyalty. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing decisions. Work Location : Chennai Gender : Male Desired Candidate Profile 2-3 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong understanding of b2b marketing principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in creating engaging content for various digital channels (social media). Ability to analyze data-driven insights from analytics tools like Google Analytics.
