Join our Team This role is responsible for alarm analysis, operation-maintenance, troubleshooting & change request implementation on IP nodes (like routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and security gateways etc). You will also be responsible for trouble ticket analysis and resolution of trouble tickets raised by customers/L2 teams. Fault management on all routers and switches equipment and follow up with support in case of raised cases. You will actively supervise ITSM ticket queues to maintain MTTR. Analytical skills like logical thinking, problem-solving & handling assignments are mandatory. Identify the root cause of P0/P1/P2/P3/P4 incidents and recommend appropriate resolution actions and other events that customers identify as requiring Root Cause Analysis (RCA). You will be the first point of contact for support of any alarm/event/KPI related issues. Close collaboration with the field team for all field activities (hardware failures, node unreachable, etc.). Ensure timely restoration of services to maintain MTTR for good customer experience & high service availability to maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA). Proactive involvement to detect possible failures to ensure incident restoration/avoidance whenever engaged by the Incident Manager or MS Automated Service Function. Perform node health checks and backups & troubleshoot the deviations identified. Share details for MIR & CSR to respective teams. Have an end-to-end network understanding. Handle 3PP/OEM, problem management support, data analytics, and customer governance handling. You should have good knowledge in IP networking protocols like OSPF, ISIS, BGP, BGP-LU, MPLS, Inter-AS, LDP, RSVP, TE, L2VPN, L3VPN, BFD, Segment Routing. Understanding of switching VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VRRP, HSRP. Knowledge of IP security protocols- IPSEC, GRE, VPN, CGNat. Familiarity with CISCO, Spine-leaf Architecture, Border-Leaf Architecture, VX-LAN. Telecom knowledge (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G service flow & interfaces). Product/vendor knowledge on CISCO (mandatory) & Ericsson is preferable. Good communication & troubleshooting skills. 6-10 years of relevant experience in IP domain.,

As an experienced R&S ACI Designer/Architect with 8+ years of experience in the Australia Time Zone, your key responsibilities will include leading the design and architecture of Cisco ACI solutions to ensure optimal application delivery and seamless network integration. You will be required to define network segmentation, security policies, multi-tenant design, and automation strategies within the ACI fabric. Additionally, you will design and implement routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, and interface with external networks like L3Outs and ACI-to-Cloud. Developing high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD) for data center network architecture, ACI deployments, and automation will also be a part of your role. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align ACI solutions with business and technical requirements, you will ensure the seamless integration of ACI with security, compute platforms, and cloud environments. Your leadership will be crucial in troubleshooting complex network issues and optimizing performance. To excel in this role, you should possess extensive experience in designing and implementing Cisco ACI in large-scale enterprise or service provider environments. A strong understanding of R&S principles including Layer 2/3, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, and MPLS is essential. Expertise in ACI components such as APIC, spine/leaf architecture, tenants, bridge domains, and contracts is required. Familiarity with ACI integration with VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud platforms like AWS/Azure is a plus. Experience with network automation tools like Ansible, Python, Postman, etc., will be beneficial.
