Accounts Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Trainee to join our finance team. This position is ideal for candidates who have recently completed their Plus Two and have a basic understanding of accounts and Microsoft Office tools.

As an Accounts Trainee, you will assist the accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records.
• Support in preparing invoices, vouchers, and bills.
• Help with data entry and updating ledgers.
• Perform basic reconciliation of bank and cash accounts.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial summaries.
• Maintain and organize accounting files and documentation.
• Support senior accountants in audit and compliance tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Commerce preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
