Accounts Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Accounts Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in accounting principles and practices to students at [high school/college level], preparing them for examinations, further education, and real-world financial literacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Accounting as per the curriculum.

Teach topics such as financial statements, bookkeeping, taxation, cost accounting, and budgeting.

Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials in alignment with syllabus standards (e.g., IGCSE, A-level, or local curriculum).

Assess, monitor, and report on students’ progress regularly.

Provide additional academic support for students who need extra help.

Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.

Stay updated on the latest accounting standards, tools, and educational practices.

Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and professional development programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred or required depending on location).

Proven experience teaching accounting or related subjects at the [secondary/tertiary] level.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks is a plus).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to connect with students and make accounting concepts understandable and engaging.

Time management, organization, and classroom management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
