Join HexaTravel as an Accounts & Tally Associate, where you will support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. This role involves handling accounting entries, maintaining books of accounts using Tally, assisting with reconciliations, and supporting basic financial reporting. You will work closely with the Accounts and Operations teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely completion of accounting tasks. Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate (Completed / Appeared) in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role (freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome).
• Basic to working knowledge of Tally (Tally ERP / Tally Prime) for accounting entries and ledger maintenance.
• Familiarity with basic accounting concepts such as vouchers, ledgers, journal entries, and trial balance.
• Exposure to MS Excel for basic data entry, formatting, and simple calculations.
• Ability to maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
• Willingness to learn and assist in tasks such as bank reconciliation, expense tracking, invoicing, and vendor accounts.
• Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet routine deadlines.
• Basic communication skills to coordinate with internal teams for accounts-related information.
