Accounts Receivable Executive

The job of an Executive - AR involves working under the supervision and reporting to the Accounts Receivable (AR) head. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the accounts receivable process to ensure timely collections and reconciliation of customer accounts. This role also involves monitoring credit limits for customers, assessing creditworthiness, and reporting red flags promptly. In addition, the Executive - AR is responsible for preparing regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging analysis. Daily tasks include reconciling collections and remittances with bank statements and updating the customer ledger. It is crucial to ensure that all accounts receivable activities comply with company policies, relevant accounting standards, GST regulations, and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in AR roles. Proficiency in working with ERP systems and MS Excel is essential. Knowledge of GST and Taxation rules, including TDS, is required. The Executive - AR must be willing to adjust working hours as needed, which may include providing support during night time with the sales team.
