Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming payments and financial transactions.
Contact customers as required to follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment collection.
Reconcile discrepancies in receipts and resolve any irregularities in payments.
Conduct periodic audits of receipts to verify accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Actively investigate and address issues related to incoming payments and account inconsistencies.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information, ensuring records are complete and accounts receivable ledgers are properly maintained.
Generate regular reports and financial statements for internal review and decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5 to 10 years of prior experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role preferred.
Strong communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining financial accuracy.
Team-oriented mindset with motivation to learn and take on new challenges.
