Accounts receivable executive (Electrical)

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Executive Department: Accounts & Finance Job Summary: The Accounts Receivable Executive is responsible for managing the company’s billing, collections, reconciliation, and customer account maintenance. The role ensures timely receipt of payments, accurate posting in the system, and compliance with accounting and GST requirements. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process E-Billing and customer invoices as per company standards. Maintain and update customer accounts in Advanced Tally ERP. Handle GST reconciliation and support monthly/quarterly return filing. Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely follow-ups with clients. Perform Accounts Receivable reconciliation and prepare aging analysis reports. Record and verify receipts, debit/credit notes, and adjustments in Tally. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues. Generate Accounts Receivable MIS reports for management review. Communicate effectively through Outlook 365 and maintain accurate records. Support audits with relevant AR documentation and confirmations. Required Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of E-Billing, Tally (Advanced Level), and GST compliance. Sound understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes. Excellent in MS Excel and Outlook 365. Strong communication, follow-up, and analytical abilities. Attention to detail with accuracy in financial data handling. Qualification & Experience: Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Accounts Receivable / Billing roles. Compensation: CTC: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and skills) Additional Details: Job Type: Full-time (Work from Head Office only) Gender Preference: Male Candidates Only Work Location: Erandwane, Kothrud, Pune
