Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage student fee collections, payment tracking, and reporting while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely follow-ups across teams and branches.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct welcome calls and confirm student payment modes (EMI / OTP / full payment)
Ensure timely fee collection and follow up on pending payments
Handle payment-related issues, disputes, and escalations professionally
Identify potential defaulters early and take preventive action
Update fee details accurately in Classpro and internal trackers
Prepare and share regular reports on collections and payment status
Coordinate with branch and central teams to resolve payment issues
Process fee receipts, reconcile cash collections, and verify bank deposits
Maintain accurate records of receipts, cash balance, and MIS reports
Follow company policies, reporting processes, and attendance guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in accounts receivable, fee collection, or cash handling
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
Ability to communicate clearly with students and parents
Comfortable working with data, reports, and reconciliation
Ability to handle pressure and manage escalations professionally
