Admission Advisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Admission Advisor to guide prospective students through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, follow up promptly, and achieve monthly admission targets while providing a positive and supportive experience for every student. A short self-introduction video is mandatory as part of the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and recommend programs that align with their academic and career goals
• Clearly communicate program details, benefits, and admission procedures
• Guide students from initial inquiry to final enrollment
• Meet monthly counseling and enrollment targets
• Engage with students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings
• Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize lead conversion and enrollments
• Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system
• Coordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth admissions process

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions counseling, academic counseling, or sales
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
• Target-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-ups
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
• Mandatory submission of a short self-introduction video
